A note from the studio
“Astrology is woven into how a lot of Indian families make decisions — and the apps serving them were full of ads and dark patterns. We built Naksha to be calm, accurate, and honest about what it is: a guide, not a guarantee.”
Questions
The honest answers.
How is my birth and personal data handled?
Your kundli, panchang and compatibility are computed on your device, and your birth profiles are stored locally. If you choose to use Ask Panditji, daily transits or cross-device sync, the relevant birth and chart details are sent to our secure backend to generate a response — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's processed and why.
Do I need an account?
No. Kundli, panchang, rashifal and kundli milan all work without signing in. An optional phone-number (OTP) sign-in unlocks chat history, daily transit notifications and syncing your profiles across devices.
Do you show ads or sell my data?
No ads and no data sale, ever.
Is this astrology reliable / professional advice?
Naksha is for cultural insight and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Why does it ask for the microphone?
Only so you can ask Panditji questions by voice in Hinglish. The recording is transcribed to text for that feature alone.
Launching soon
Be first to know when Naksha ships.
It'll launch at ₹2,499 / year. Free tier: basic kundli, daily rashifal, panchang and kundli milan — usable without an account.
One email when it lands on the store. No drip sequence, no spam.
No spam. No tracking. Email only — unsubscribe with one click.
Your birth profiles and chart data are stored on your device, and the core astrological calculations (kundli, panchang, dasha, kundli milan) run on-device. Features that use AI — Ask Panditji, the daily reading, voice transcription and daily transit notifications — send the relevant birth and chart details to our backend to generate a response.
